When Construction began in 2019, it represented the culmination of 4 years of design charettes, community meetings, and Mt Juliet Board of Commissioners meetings to receive approval for what became a well regarded cornerstone of the new “Downtown” Mt Juliet. Both the residential and commercial tenants of the building have access to a resort style pool with cabanas, fitness room, cardio room, resident lounge, conference rooms, a dog spa, and an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge overlooking the City.
