With East Nashville having a well deserved reputation for active community engagement, we worked carefully with Council Members, Neighborhood Association Leaders, and neighbors to deliver a project that was able boast substantial community support throughout the rezoning process. Imagine1 partnered with the landowners on this project, who have owned the land for well over a century and plan for Heritage East to be a legacy asset for generations to come. Unusual for an asset of this size, the project contains an on-site leasing office and a fitness room.
